OHJCL Ludi & Olympika Chair
2021-2022 and 2022-2023 I was the Ludi and Olympika Chair at my school. The duties included running Ludi and Olympika at regionals and making sure each event at states had contestants.
Region 4 Regional Leader
2023-2024 I was the Region 4 Regional Leader under VP Lincoln Ream. My duties included organizing the monthly service projects at the regional level, collaborating with the other RLs to determine the projects, inviting schools in Region 4 to several events, and being in charge of the service project at regionals.
OHJCL Academics Chair
2024-2025 (this year) I am my school's academic chair. That includes overseeing the OHJCL's senior division academics, such as setting up study sessions for State, organizing advisory groups for state studying, providing study materials, and helping people choose their test(s).

Biggest Challenge and Solution
Question: What's the biggest challenge your chapter is currently facing, and how do you, as a leader, help them overcome it?
Answer: We are striving to get the best place possible in sweepstakes at State Forum. I have helped achieve that this year by working with individuals on their academic contests, providing study materials, and just doing my best as the Academics Chair.
Inspiring the Team
Question: What's one thing you do to inspire your chapter and foster a positive work/study environment?
Answer: I try my best to be a mentor and lead by example.
Leadership Style in Three Words
Question: If you could describe your leadership style in three words, what would they be and why?
Answer: Super freaking awesome, because I like to include a little bit of humor in my leadership to create a comfortable environment where people can successfully grow.
Most Important Leadership Lesson
Question: What's the most important lesson you've learned about leadership that you apply every day?
Answer: Sometimes, people just won't listen to you. Even if I do all I can, its ultimately up to all of us to successfully realize our goals.
